The process:
When
you call or email Naturescapes, John will respond to your inquiry within
24 hours.
After
speaking with you, John will set up an appointment to visit your property with
you. This is a critical step in the process. To provide the very best service,
John needs to see first hand the lay of the land, existing plantings, and
potential challenges of access. It is also important that he meet with both you
and your significant other/spouse to fully understand your needs and desires for
change, and to ensure that all ideas and opinions are aired at the first
meeting).
At
this time, John will offer his ideas and suggestions verbally.
For
a written estimate, we charge a nominal fee (to cover John’s time, office
costs, etc.), which is deducted from the job when a major portion of the whole
is contracted. This makes the written dialogue essentially free. John will
then set up a follow-up appointment to go over the written proposal with you in
person.
You
sign up for the job!
When
your deposit is paid, your job goes on our board. Please allow for about 6-8
weeks for us to procure all the necessary materials.
When
the day for the job comes, John will be on-site with the crew. You will receive
personalized service throughout. John has a keen eye for how things will look
and he is quite descriptive in the way he relates the changes to his clients.
Depending
on the size and scope of the job, most are completed in less than one week. Tah
dah! You have a completed landscape! Many of our clients are amazed at how
much work gets done in such a short amount of time and cannot believe the
transformation in their gardens.
